Dans un communiqué, Ecobank Nigeria Limited has informed that the dedicated training on wealth creation for agriculture is intended for young Nigerians  ; aged 18 to 40. It will cover key areas of specialization, including poultry, aquaculture, horticulture and added value. According to Ayo Osolake, the bank's public sector and agricultural affairs manager, the training was designed for a digital and physical audience and structured in phases.

The first phase will last four weeks and will be strictly online and the second, which consists of practical sessions and farm visits, will be hybrid. For Osolake, the program was designed with the aim of expanding the frontiers of agricultural opportunities for Nigerians, particularly in terms of research, development, and wealth creation.

According to her, this training is intended to provide an opportunity to learn new technologies along the targeted value chain, to develop skills and business skills in agribusiness management, opportunities for mentoring and coaching, links to finance, exposure to developing business plans, and applying for a loan.
