The scholarships that the Bm wants to grant give access to a one-year training course on public procurement management. Indeed, the University Institute for Initial and Continuing Education (IUFIC) at Thomas Sankara University is calling for applications for training in public procurement management with the financial support of the bank. Senior public administration officials, executives from NGOs, projects and programs, as well as young graduates are targeted for this training.
