Le mardi 16 mai 2023 a eu lieu une échange entre le gouvernement burkinabè et le Groupe de la Banque africaine de Développement (BAD) on the Bank's new orientations in Burkina Faso. This exchange took place in Ouagadougou

Last Tuesday, a dozen members of the Burkinabe government and the African Development Bank Group were in a conclave in Ouagadogou. This meeting is described as “Encounter of high-level dialogue”. At the center of the discussions were the strategic development priorities and the summary of the performance review of the Bank's portfolio in Burkina Faso. According to the Minister of Economy, Finance and Foresight, Dr. Aboubacar Nacanabo, “the active portfolio of the Banque africaine de développement in Burkina Faso includes 21 development projects and programs with a total amount of around 500 billion FCFA”.

According to this, these projects and programmes are involved in infrastructure development, agriculture, the environment, energy, drinking water, sanitation and humanitarian action.
