L'Afrique des Six recommends making Cémac “an integrated and emerging economic space, where security, solidarity and good governance prevail, at the service of human development” by 2025. Indeed, the agenda of this 15th ordinary session of the Conference of Heads of State includes a communication on the progress of the second generation of this programme, and on the rationalization of the regional economic communities of Central Africa. The first communication will come from the Congolese Head of State, Denis Sassou N'Guesso, who, in his capacity as dedicated president of Préf-Cémac, will present, among other things, the progress of the second generation of the programme.
