L'une des préoccupations du Bénin, de la France et du Luxembourg is implementing the second phase of the Agricultural and Rural Training Support Project in Benin (Pro FAR 2). To this end, the Secretary of State of France Chrysoula Zacharopoulou took the opportunity of her visit to sign a few agreements concerning this project, which, at the same time, constitutes the launch of the second phase of the project.

Two agreements have been signed between Chrysoula Zacharopoulou, Secretary of State of France, Minister Romuald Wadagni and Olivier Hecquet, LUXDEV resident representative. The first is the credit agreement for the infrastructure and equipment program implemented by the Agency for the Construction of Infrastructure in the Education Sector (ACISE) under the supervision of the Agency for the Development of Technical Education (ADET).

The second is a grant funding agreement for the certification engineering program, training and the creation of integration support funds as well as for support for territorial governance. It is implemented by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LUXDEV).
