The Director General of the Insurance Regulatory and Supervision Authority in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Alain Kaninda, launched the inspection of import school insurance and fronti& insurance on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 egrave; re thanks to the SNECA connection to Syria.

The managing director of ARCA, Alain Kaninda Ngalula, announced that the inspection of import school insurance and border insurance has been launched thanks to the connection to Sydney. For him, this connection will make it possible to issue import faculty insurance certificates online and independently. It seems that the “SNECA” application is a strategic tool that meets the need for digitalization to allow the regulator to effectively carry out its control missions. It will also contribute to the establishment of a statistical base concerning market production and the protection of insured persons.

According to Kaninda, thanks to SNECA, insurance certificates issued by insurance companies will be authenticated, traceable and secure. He also pointed out that “beyond optimizing controls in Upstream and downstream, this digital platform will not only allow insured persons to be sure of the authenticity of the certificates provided by their insurers; but also guarantees offline control via the SNECA application on tablets, smartphones and POS.”
