On Wednesday, February 16, 2023, a group of Congolese anti-corruption NGOs working in Kinshasa welcomed the commitment of the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi in his fight against antivalues.

The national delegate coordinator of the Coalition of Congolese NGOs to fight corruption and promote good governance, Sam Bakasende, announced in a memorandum that “the will and commitment of the President of the Republic F& As for bottom-up development and his obvious desire to fight against antivalues, Antoine Tshisekedi is a guarantee of revenue mobility that motivates the State to fulfill its sovereign responsibilities.” According to him, the fallacious judgment discrediting the vision of the Head of State and tending to sabotage the efforts of the Government of the Republic to revive the economy, maximise revenue and collective participation in development at the grassroots level is denounced

Thus, they asked justice officials to do their utmost to support the Head of State Félix Antoine Tshisekedi in achieving his objectives within REGIDESO and to demonstrate fair and non-partisan justice for the needs of the cause, while reiterating their unconditional support for the supreme judge and to the Congolese justice system.
