As part of the vision set out by its main shareholder, the group's top management, represented by Mehdi Bouamrani, DG Operations, and Zakarya Jerrari, DG Finances, mobilized to meet investors and institutional investors. It was on the occasion of the Morocco Capital Markets Days (MCDM) meetings, organized in London on 26 and 27 April last, by the Casablanca Stock Exchange and supported by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority, the AMMC. Dislog Group aims to meet international investment banks and investment funds wishing to invest in Morocco. According to Zakaria Jerrari, Chief Financial Officer of Dislog Group, the group took advantage of this pre-IPO opportunity to make itself known to the international financial market, and contact was well established. “This mobilization is part of the preparation of our IPO and I can say that we are on the right track,” she announced.
