In order to contribute to improving the living conditions of students and strengthening their well-being, GTA Assurances, a subsidiary of the pan-African group Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP), donated several fully equipped sanitary blocks to schools public primary schools in Aklakou and Zalive, two localities in the prefecture of Lacs in Togo.

The company GTA Assurances announced in a press release on Monday, February 27, that the donation is part of a tripartite partnership agreement signed in November 2022 between the insurance company, the Ministry in charge of primary, secondary, technical and craft education, and the Village Development Committee (CVD) of the Lacs. According to the press release, the blocks include several sanitary devices and will benefit more than seven hundred (700) students from disadvantaged rural areas.
