As part of the implementation of its priority investment program in Côte d'Ivoire, the Ivorian public oil operations company, Petroci obtained a sum of 60 billion FCFA (91.5 million euros) following a mobilization of funds.

A press release announced that the fund raising was arranged by the investment bank, Capital of Africa, which acted as financial advisor to Petroci. And for its part, the West African Development Bank (BOAD) has granted a loan of 30%
billion FCFA, joined by Bridge Bank Group Côte d'Ivoire then Banque Atlantique Côte d'Ivoire, who each bet 15 billion FCFA.

In reality, the vision of Petroci's investment program is to provide a response to the strong demand for oil and gas products in Côte d'Ivoire. It includes the transformation of the so-called “Socopao” wharf into an oil dock.
