La BOAD avait pris la décision de participer au PND (2021—2025) to 665 billion at the end of December 2022. Indeed, during a business lunch with the Lebanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Côte d'Ivoire (CCILCI), Francky Nago announced the bank's new decision.
