A press release mentions that the SUNU Group has acquired 54.11% of the share capital of the International Bank for Trade and Industry of Senegal (Bicis). An operation that was finalized on April 28, 2023, the date on which BICIS joined the SUNU Group.

An acquisition agreement was signed on 28 July 2022 with the BNP Paribas Group and all R&D approvals and procedures Eacute; glemental has been obtained.
