The Director of Société Générale Guinea announced that the new agency inaugurated is intended for premium customers to whom she promised to listen, to offer advice, but also offers and services adapted to their financing and investment needs. She declared during her speech “we are committed to providing them with dedicated expert advisors, dedicated spaces and agencies. These advisors will be proactive in providing targeted advice and offers tailored to their needs. And we are committed to satisfying customers, treating them differently, and taking all necessary steps to make our expertise available to them.”

For the CEO of Societe Generale Guinea, Ibrahima Diallo, the objective is to promote an increasingly close relationship with customers, so that the latter is not perceived as someone who must run here and there to do his transactions.
