The crypto exchange announced the release of its new crypto derivatives platform. But its location would not be based in the United States.

Crypto exchange Gemini decided after reviewing the current state of uncertain U.S. regulations to launch its new platform outside the country. The Gemini Foundation mentioned a Bitcoin perpetual contract in Gemini Dollars as the first derivative contract, an ETH/GUSD perpetual contract will likely be released eventually. The Gemini Foundation is derivative as a reliable and secure platform and would also have cash and derivative products available for eligible customers. According to information published on their blog post, Gemini would allow its users to earn returns, manage risks, and gain directional exposure through long and short exposure to their crypto by taking advantage of their crypto assets
