The 2023 edition of the Vootoon Festival will be held on Friday, July 07 at the French Cultural Center in Cotonou. As a prelude to the opening, the organizing committee held a press conference on Tuesday, July 04, to announce this international event dedicated to design actors. Recall that Vootoon 2022 was organized around the theme “Digital drawing”. For this year, the festival welcomed Liza HABERER as a guest. The latter led a workshop for the youngest. The 2022 edition of this festival was officially launched by Emelyne MEDINA VISY, ambassador of France and sponsor of this edition. For the first time, the festival introduced the concept of comic books.
