As for the bank located in Côte d'Ivoire, this disciplinary sanction is motivated by the modification of its shareholding structure, which led to the lowering of the blocking minority threshold, without having obtained prior authorization from the Moné authorities. by failing to comply fully with the terms of an injunction from the Banking Commission. She received a pecuniary penalty of one hundred fifty million (150,000,000) CFA in accordance with the provisions of Instruction No. 006-05-2018 of 16 May 2018 setting out the procedures for the application of pecuniary sanctions pronounced by the UMOA Banking Commission against UMOA credit
