L'ouverture de la 139th ordinary session of the Board of Directors of the West African Development Bank (BOAD) was held on Wednesday 20 December 2023 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Cotonou.

Lors de la 139th regular session of BOAD, Directors reviewed the updated financial outlook 2024-2028 and the bank's draft program budget 2024-2026. Several projects to support in the sectors of finance, digital infrastructure, water and education were the subject of their discussions. They will also discuss some notes, including the one relating to the entry into the capital of BOAD by BADEA and various other issues. According to the president of BOAD, the results for this year are in line with the institution's expectations and will certainly be strengthened by the work of the sixth and final meeting of the year
