Le samedi 16 décembre 2023, s' est tenue la 21st ordinary meeting of ministers of the Council of Entente in Togo. It was an opportunity to review the various axes of the institution's new most strategic plan, and projected over the period 2024-2028, as well as its financing, estimated at nearly 44 billion FCFA.
