During the 55th session of the Council of Ministers of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law (OHADA), the representatives of Burkina Faso and Mali, both Ministers in charge of Justice, raised several grievances and shortcomings violating OHADA's operating rules, as part of the recruitment process marred by flaws. in form and substance, with a view to fill the post of Permanent Secretary and other international posts. According to the latter, one of the root causes of these fraudulent recruitments is the blackmail operated by the French Development Agency style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"">, which openly threatened to withdraw its funding, in case candidates favourable to it are not chosen.
