Dans le but de fournir un accès accru au financement aux micros, petites et moyennes entreprises (MPEM) au Ghana, Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited a signé un partenariat stratégique de partage des risques avec African Garantie Fund (AGF). Both partners place particular emphasis on green businesses and businesses owned or run by women.

La collaboration entre Zenith Bank (Ghana) and African Garantie Fund é blocks a suite of financial products and services specifically designed to meet the unique needs of these businesses, promoting their growth and success. In reality, most MPEMs struggle to obtain loans due to inadequate collateral or a lack of credit history despite their invaluable contribution to the economy. Thus, AGF plans to provide partial guarantees on loans issued by Zenith Bank Ghana in order to reduce the bank's risk and make it easier for MSMEs to qualify for financing and open doors that they might have previously found closed. The partnership also recognizes the growing importance of sustainability.
