On Tuesday, 25 October 2022, Togolese deputies approved a law relating to factoring in UMOA member states. This new technique is little known to the public. It is adapted to the cash flow problems of businesses and in particular of small and medium-sized enterprises. From one year to the next, she has gained fame in the country with the arrival of a new actor who has made it her specialty. The adoption of this law broadens the scope of financing instruments for SMEs/SMIs as part of the implementation of the Togo 2025 government roadmap.
