Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire inaugurated a new branch last week according to its new banking branch model.

Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire is rethinking the customer journey and relationship, combining innovation, autonomy, collaboration and modernity. The model is designed to offer a unique experience through these new agencies deployed. The other objective is to strengthen its commitment to keeping the customer at the center of its activity and meeting its needs in an optimal way.
