The Tunisian National Grains Agency is said to have purchased around 100,000 tons of soft wheat from various origins in an international tender on Friday, European traders said. This volume is greater than the 75,000 tons sought in the tender.

Two shipments of 25,000 tons were sold by the trading company Grain Star at an estimated price of 243.00 dollars per ton including transport costs (c&f), the traders said.

raya sold an additional 25,000 tons at 248.27 dollars per ton c&f and Buildcom 25,000 tons at 243.77 dollars per ton c&f.

The reports reflect traders' evaluations and further price and volume estimates are still possible later.

Shipments had to be made between July 1 and August 10.
