This Wednesday, the National Mining Agency (ANAM) awarded 22 mineral exploration permits from a total of 38 sites put up for auction.

At a total cost of 930 million titles were awarded for mineral exploration at 38 sites, 12 of which were for the exploration of substances intended for the production of d& stones eacute; coratives such as marble, travertine and onyx, and 26 others for the exploration of materials intended for the production of building materials such as sand, gypsum, clay. The mining sites allocated are located in the wilayas of Biskra (3), M'sila (7), Ouargla (1) and Tamanrasset (5), Mila (3), Mascara (1), Adrar (1) and Boumerdes (1). Initially scheduled for July 14, 2021, the financial phase has been postponed due to the health situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
