As part of the vast clean hands operation launched by President Ouattara, the DG of the National Office of Sanitation and Drainage (ONAD) found himself in trouble related to corruption. The management of the director of the NADO has undergone extensive audits that have revealed "serious suspicions of misappropriation of public funds". While the stranglehold of the economic and financial pole of the special prosecutor's office is tightening around him, the director of the ONAD would have begun a discreet but vast lobbying. It appears that the director of NADO has proven affinities with Minister Moussa Sanogo which would have allowed him to manage some dubious affairs. The prosecutor of the economic and financial pole threatens him with an indictment for embezzlement of public funds.
