BICIM  BNP Paribas Group changes ownership. The International Bank for Trade and Industry in Mali is  now part of Koné Dossongui Koné's Atlantic Financial Group (AFG) holding company  . The closing of BICIM on  8 December follows  that of the Bank for Industry and Trade in the Comoros (BICC)  and the International Bank for Trade and Industry in Gabon (BICIG).
As a reminder, the AFG holding company signed an agreement for the takeover of the 3 subsidiaries with BNP last May.  With these acquisitions, the AFG Group now owns 4 banks and 4 insurance companies.
