" This is the moment when we definitively put an end to the land mafia," he said. He continues : "The evolution cycle of the development of Abomey-Calavi is in a phase of revival of subdivision activities. This operation will be carried out in conjunction with the inter-ministerial committee and the technical committee responsible for the implementation of government measures on housing estates in Benin. We take this opportunity to call on the entire population to contribute because this is the moment when we put a definitive end to the land mafia in the commune of Abomey-Calavi." Recall that Georges Bada, his predecessor has been in prison for several months for a case of sale of a 39-hectare estate in Abomey-Calavi.
