Co-organized by African Garantie Fund (AGF) and Nordic Development Fund (NDF), the sixth edition of the international conference on green finance was held at the Golden Tulip hotel in Cotonou.

The conference brings together important private and state actors from Africa. Strengthen the capacity of financial institutions to finance green projects in a less risky environment. This is the goal of the international conference on green finance whose theme for this sixth edition is: "Contribution of the private sector to the implementation of the Paris Agreement on climate". The choice of Benin to host this meeting is due to the assets it has and which should inspire other countries on the African continent. The Minister of Economy and Finance Wadagni, sponsor of the meeting, made the commitment "to increase awareness of banks for more investment in green. The conference will last four days.
