Mahammed Boun Abdallah Dionne announced that given his political commitment, he prefers to release himself from his position as Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors. “I would like to take this opportunity to thank the leaders of the SUNU Group, which owns 54.11% of the bank's capital, whom I represented on the board. I thank all the shareholders, directors, the CEO and the staff of the bank for their trust during my mandate. In the coming days, the SUNU Group will appoint a new President of the Council for BICIS,”
