According to the publication, the market seems to be moving at a mixed pace with downside sequences that however hover around 129 points after its low on August 3, 2020 (126.90 points).

"This last week of August took place with a clear hesitation of the market to cross the resistance of 130 points," informs the same source.

In weekly variation, the composite closed with a slight increase of 0.47% to 129.15 points while the Brvm 10 retracted to 121.42 points (-0.22%).

The rise in the composite is mainly driven by the agricultural index, which achieved a record performance of 13.56% to 67.10 points.

"In the end, the value of the weekly transactions is 1,812,630,372.00 Xof with 1,249,981 securities traded. The market capitalization on the evening of 28/08/2020 represented 9.6 times the average market profit, or 3,880,376,344,461 Xof," reveals Impaxis.

Regarding the bond activity of the week, Impaxis informs that it focused on a low volume compared to previous weeks. The total value of the transactions was Xof 40,242,681.29 for a volume of 4,092 securities traded.

At the close of Friday, August 28, 2020, the market capitalization of the sub-fund was positioned at +1.80% compared to its level a week before, or 5,419,197,228,395 Xof.
