The new shares of NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire will be admitted to the stock exchange on February 12, 2021. The announcement was published in a press release from the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) published on Wednesday, January 27.

The BRVM informs investors that the 1,564,572 new shares of NSIA Banque CI will be admitted to listing on February 12, 2021. These shares are the result of the increase in the capital of the company NSIA BANQUE CI by partial contribution of assets of the Ivorian branch of NSIA Banque Bénin.
The transaction approved by the bank's general meeting involved 1,564,572 shares with a nominal value of 1,000 CFA francs, unit price. As a reminder, this operation will result in an increase in the share capital of waMU's fourth bank in terms of balance sheet total as at December 31, 2019, in the amount of 1,564,572,000 FCFA. The shareholding which is 23.17 billion FCFA will therefore increase to 24,734,572,000 CFA francs (about 45 million USD) while the bank had made a profit after tax of 13.617 billion CFA francs, an increase of 11.65%. Of the 1.56 million new shares, the Diagou family's holding company, Manzi is financing 1.142 million.
