CEA-Valopro of INP-HB, as co-organizer of the forum with the Institute of Circular Economy of Abidjan (IECA), financed more than one hundred innovative startups equipped with exceptional prototypes, worth 40 million CFA francs. According to one note, the startups have benefited from exhibition stands and an environment conducive to networking to increase their activities. In fact, the CEA-Valopro, center of the World Bank , financé par l'Agence française de développement ( AFD), offers high-level master's courses, doctorates and other certificates, allowing highly qualified people (PHQ) to be placed on the job market, to effectively address issues of sustainable treatment and waste recovery
