The plenary session of the Young Leaders Center (CJD) was held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 in a hotel reception on the square. An occasional panel was moderated by insurance experts on “Risk Management”.

At the opening of the activities, Sékou Mohamed Savané, vice-president of the CJD explained in his speech that “the idea of organizing this activity is part of our annual schedule. We are a group of entrepreneurs who work within an association called Centre des Jeunes Dirigeurs (CJD). So within this organization we train managers to be managers. Therefore, we have an annual schedule that we carry out, discuss with certain employees on a certain number of topics in order to be able to perform and raise the level of members a little.

According to him, the CJD currently has 32 members who have created around 3900 jobs and are contributing to the economic development of Guinea. “This statistic gives the Young Leaders Center a leading and dominant position among all the employing organizations in our young nation. We organize a series of activities, namely plenary sessions during different mandates, and training sessions to enable our members to perform and comply with international standards. That's why, to combine the useful with the pleasant, the issue of risk management challenges us all as managers because it is a clear, structured approach to assess all business risks,” said, Vice President of the CJD.
