On Saturday, October 15, 2022, 34 Ivorian technicians who completed professional training at the CFAP, Centre Professionnale de Formation en Assurance during the class of 2019-2021, received their scrolls during a ceremony in Abidjan.

After two years of training, 34 young Ivorians are now able to serve in insurance companies, insurance intermediaries and other entities ; classics.

Indeed, the CNPA training center is a decentralized educational unit of the International Insurance Institute (IIA) in Yaoundé. It was opened through the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in partnership with the private insurance sector in April 2016. It operates under the administrative supervision of the Public Treasury and the accounting department of Côte d'Ivoire through the Insurance Department. Its objective is to participate in strengthening the human capital capacities of the insurance market in the CIMA zone

It's standardized, regulated, and controlled. If you want to work in the insurance industry, you need to be honest. Underpricing should be banned. Claims have to be paid,” he advised.
