.The sum of 8 million dollars estimated for Cameroon represents a decrease of more than 39 billion CFA francs (63 million dollars) compared to the previous year according to the CONAC document. During the presentation of the report in Yaoundé, Dieudonné Massi Gams, president of CONAC, indicated that “2,603 denunciations were received via the green line, on 1517; 3,472 through administrative mail; 565 by email and 401 at the WhatsApp number. The misappropriation of public property appears to be the major offence with 1,135 occurrences
