The training seminar organized by the Insurance Directorate is under the theme: “The fight against money laundering in insurance, terrorist financing and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction: compliance with the CIMA regulation of 2 March 2021”. Its objective is to bring market players up to date with the new regulatory texts in the field of LCB/FTP. This seminar aims to understand and master the challenges of LCB/FTP, to know the specific alert criteria and techniques for money laundering in insurance, to recall the sanctions applicable to insurers in the area of LCB/FTP and to convert the implementation of LCB/FTP obligations into commercial development opportunities
