The activities of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher and University Education (ANAQ-ESU) were officially launched on Monday, at the Hotel Reine de paix/CENCO in the commune of Gombe.

The Minister of Higher and University Education (ESU), Muhindo Nzangi launched the activities as part of the opening of the CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP for ANAQ-ESU members, organized from August 16 to 19, 2021 with the support of the World Bank through the education for the quality and relevance of teaching at secondary and university levels (PEQPESU). "ANAQ-ESU is a solution, it must function like other agencies in Africa and the world by respecting international standards," said Minister Muhindo Nzangi. The mission of the agency will be to restore the quality of training in this sector and to initiate the various reforms of the higher education system in particular, the Bachelor-Master-Doctorate (LMD) system.
