The advisor to national financial institutions and currency to the Minister of Finance and Budget, Bernard Ngazo installed on March 9 in Brazzaville the new Director General of Insurance and Reinsurance of Congo (ARC), Serge William Landry Massembo Doumou.
 
The new director will have to put all his experience to work to restore the image of this structure, which operates in a highly competitive environment. "We have to work as a team and with determination and motivation. Each worker must be a CRA commercial agent. We must seize the opportunity of the avenues that will be available to us. We must not stand still but rather go to customers in order to meet their expectations, "said Serge William Landry Massembo Doumou inviting his employees to redouble their efforts to meet all needs. Created in 1973, the ARC is the No. 1 insurer to practice insurance and reinsurance operations in Congo. The new head of the ARC promises to move towards better horizons in order to put the institution up to the expectations of the population in the current context marked by Covid-19.
