Epiphane Zoro Ballo was sworn in on Wednesday November 08, 2023 before the president of the Court of Audit, Kanvaly Diomandé as president of the High Authority for Good Governance (HABG).

Rich in experience, Epiphane Zoro Ballo could be the president who will propel the High Authority for Good Governance (HABG) forward, as he seems to be a bit ahead of the curve on the issue of moralizing public life. During the swearing-in ceremony, the new president of HABG vowed “to fulfill this function with honesty, impartiality, integrity and objectivity in compliance with the Constitution, laws and regulations of the Republic.” President Epiphane Ballo Zoro has the heavy mission of promoting a culture of transparency and of combating various forms of fraud similar to corruption in the minds of Ivorian citizens. Achieving these results will allow Côte d'Ivoire to go even further.
