This prize was awarded to him, Thursday, November 28 in Abidjan, by the Interafrican Communication and Survey, ICS, for having acquired technical means and machines at the cutting edge of technology.
"We had to resolve not to let die this important production tool that even the most advanced countries continue to maintain. Recognizing the merits of such an enterprise is not an incongruity. It is a source of encouragement to do more," says Kouassi Boy Émile, Managing Director of the National Printing Office of Côte d'Ivoire.
