Fesy-Dgi stated that in accordance with the texts in force, agents deserve to be rewarded for the positive result achieved.

The current president of the federation, Thé Jasmin referred to Article 12 of the charter of ethics applicable to the tax administration. "This article invites us to recognize the merit of the agent. It stipulates that when the employee has achieved his objectives, he is congratulated by his manager," he said before insisting on Article 7 of the memorandum of understanding signed on December 9, 2014 between the Cosymef-ci (Coordination of trade unions of the Ministry of Economy and Finance) and the Prime Minister.

Thé Jasmin has announced that the federation is planning a national tour for this purpose, from February 22 to March 10, 2021, followed by a general assembly on March 12 in Yopougon. "It will be for us to report to our comrades and collect their opinions," explained the current president of Fesy-Dgi.
