The verdict was rendered this Monday, July 18, 2022 by the Court of Repression of Economic Offenses and Terrorism (CRIET) before which she has been prosecuted for several months for theft and money laundering. She was arrested in April 2022 along with her boyfriend, Moumouni, a man in a relationship with another woman, who was sentenced to five years in prison and fined 50 million CFA francs. Dame Bissaloué E Dalila Yérima, acknowledged that she acted alone, but she claims to have taken a total of 14 million CFA francs instead of 17 million CFA francs.
