Senegalese Prime Minister Amadou Bâ has indicated that this funding will facilitate the establishment of world-class industrial and service companies, creating thousands of direct jobs. In addition to this investment, there is an envelope of 31 billion FCFA mobilized by the State with the West African Development Bank ( Board). It will make it possible to set up connectivity infrastructures, developments on 100 hectares, administrative buildings and related services. According to the minister, “in total, with the signing of these agreements, 315 million euros have been mobilized, 80% of which are in the form of direct investments that do not generate public debt”.
