Le projet qui coûtera un peu plus de 36 billion FCFA, falls within the framework of pillar 1 of the 2021-2025 digital strategy. According to Minister Kalil Konaté, the importance of such a project for the country, “the National Datacenter is a state-of-the-art Tier 3 infrastructure. It will therefore comply with the most stringent international standards in terms of high availability and redundancy. With an area of 20,000 m², it will be equipped with 2×400 cabinets (racks), an energy capacity of one Megawatt and storage capacities of more than 2,200 terabits.” This project is the result of a partnership between Côte d'Ivoire and the United States.
