In Africa, the digital economy would be worth 8.5% of continental GDP, or $712 billion by 2050. It is a promising sector that justifies the implementation of a digital transformation strategy in several countries, including Côte d'Ivoire, which is accelerating its process. Indeed, the 2,000 billion FCFA ($3 billion) indicated by the Ivorian minister will be used to build the National Data Center and to complete the project to develop the national fiber optic network. Thus, several other projects will be added. Among these, there are projects planned as part of the implementation of the national digital development strategy, then two others planned for 2025. These projects will help to support development.
