At the close of the 2023 edition of the Africa Investment Forum (AIF), the President of the African Development Bank (AfDB) announced the success of the event with the receipt of $34.82 billion in investment interest.

According to Akinwumi Adesina, the 2023 edition of the Africa Investment Forum received the participation of institutions such as UK Export Finance, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (Miga), the International Finance Corporation, the Saudi Ministry of Investment, the Agency of United States for Trade and Development, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Japan International Cooperation Agency, and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, among others in addition to founding partners.
