The “Structured Finance Africa Forum” (SFA) 2025 is will take place on September 25 in Dakar, the Senegalese capital. These seats aim to lay the foundations for a new financial structure in Africa.

Africa wants to regain control of its financial future. Indeed, the forum jointly organized by Invictus Capital & Finance SA, KF Securitization and Development Finance Advisory, aspires to transcend traditional methods that reveal their shortcomings in the face of annual funding requirements in excess of 130 billions of dollars.

At the forum, 300 decision-makers and experts will meet to study a more integrated and dynamic financial strategy, adapted to structural challenges of the continent. Leading players in the ecosystem financial officer in the region such as Félix Edoh Kossi AMENOUNVE, CEO from the BRVM, Christopher CHIJIUTOMI, CEO of British International Investment (BII), Oulimata Ndiaye DIASSE, Managing Director from UMOA-Titres, and Anouar HASSOUNE, CEO of GCR Ratings will participate also at this event.

Discussions will focus on five points keys. These include:

- the state of the African securitization market,

- the development of an attractive regulatory framework,

- the evolution of financing solutions for trade and structured finance,

- the acceleration of sustainable finance for social infrastructures and

- innovation in the financing of SMEs and VSEs.
