Versus BANK announced the entry into its capital of HARVEST CAPITAL HOLDING. This operation is a major strategic step in the evolution of VERSUS BANK.

Versus BANK is a leading player in the sector banking in Ivory Coast, while HARVEST CAPITAL is a group of leading Ivorian investment, active in the fields of finance and economic development in Côte d'Ivoire and internationally. The entry into capital of Haverst Capital Holding follows the decision of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, dated 19 December 2024. It authorizes the transfer by the State of its majority stake, representing 52.89% of the bank's capital, for the benefit of HARVEST CAPITAL HOLDING, a company governed by Ivorian law. In addition, this transaction received the approval of the Central Bank of the States of West Africa (BCEAO) as well as the Banking Commission of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA), in accordance with the requirements regulations in force, thus guaranteeing transparency, compliance and the complete security of this device.
