The Forum on the Green Revolution in Africa (AGRF) was launched on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 in Kigali, Rwanda. On Monday, the African Development Bank (ADB) kicked off its activities at this 2022 edition of the AGRF by co-organizing a session on the African Emergency Food Production Facility at the Kigali Convention Center.

Africa's largest agriculture conference is being held in Kigali, Rwanda, from September 6 to 9, 2022. The Bank provided $100,000 in financial support for the organization of this Forum on the Green Revolution in Africa, which is being held this year on the theme: “Grow, Feed, Reward — Bold Actions for Resilient Food Systems & Raquo;. African heads of state and government will participate in the event, which will bring together government officials, civil society, the private sector and the research community.
