According to Mohamed Sampil, the State is continuing the amount relating to the 17 files transferred s before CRIEF for alleged embezzlement, an amount of 421 billion 208 million 483 thousand 142 Guinean francs. In reality, for the lawyer, this amount does not concern all the 75 cases that have been brought before the courts; in the meantime, some are concerned by the thaw of accounts, between the CNRD's arrival in power on September 5, at the end of October 2022, or two months.
